Fluoroscopy Radiation Safety — Awareness Training (Group F)
Radiation safety awareness for Group F staff who might enter a fluoroscopy room or meet an unattended fluoroscope (NCRP Commentary No. 33): one module, a short quiz and a certificate.
Course Description
Radiation safety awareness training for workers who are not radiation workers but might encounter an unattended fluoroscope or enter a fluoroscopy room, for example housekeeping, security and some clinical staff — Training Group F under NCRP Commentary No. 33. One video module, then a short final quiz and a certificate. Your facility provides the facility insert (photographs of its equipment, its radiation signs and postings, and its radiation safety contacts). If you are issued a radiation dosimeter, you also complete your facility's training for monitored workers. This online course and its certificate cover the awareness training only.
