Biography

Mr. Lei Ding brings over 12 years of comprehensive experience in medical physics consulting, serving hospitals, imaging centers, and outpatient facilities with a broad range of diagnostic imaging and radiation safety needs. He has developed deep expertise in regulatory compliance, accreditation support, and risk management, providing clients with tailored strategies to ensure ongoing adherence to federal and state regulations as well as accreditation body requirements. Mr. Ding holds multiple board certifications, including from the American Board of Radiology (ABR), the American Board of Science in Nuclear Medicine (ABSNM), the American Board of Medical Physics (ABMP), and the American Board of Magnetic Resonance Safety (ABMRS). He is licensed in diagnostic radiological physics, nuclear medicine physics, and medical health physics, making him uniquely qualified to support multidisciplinary imaging programs. Throughout his career, Mr. Ding has performed thousands of clinical evaluations and accreditation assessments across all major imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, mammography, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, PET, fluoroscopy, and general radiography. His methodical and detail-oriented approach has consistently led to successful accreditation outcomes and high levels of client satisfaction. In addition to his technical work, Mr. Ding is a trusted advisor to healthcare administrators and technologists, helping them interpret evolving standards, implement quality assurance programs, and maintain a culture of safety and compliance within their organizations.
